Hi! I'm Serena! I've been passionate regarding entrepreneurship, generating passive income, and financial literacy since age 12. I moved to Atlanta from Savannah in 2012 and graduated from SCAD with a BFA in 2016.

 

I purchased my first investment property in 2017 and started out by providing furnished rooms for rent. I soon after discovered short term rentals, and gained 11 properties, and growing, under the business model. Soon after, I delegated the management aspect of the business by hiring and training my staff to manage my properties. Opulence was born! I operate this business full time, but I understand that vacation rentals are much higher maintenance than most realize, and not everyone has a flexible schedule and/or desire to manage their vacation rentals.
