At Opuluxe, we appreciate our clients and want to reward those who trust us with their referrals. You can expect to receive your referral payment of approximately $500* within 30 days of the lease start date.

*You get paid 30 days after the client's tenant's lease start date. If Opuluxe doesn't earn $500 from managing the client within the first 30 days, we will send you your payment after 60 days, or after we earn $500, whichever is sooner. View additional terms here.
